Q. How fast is shipping?
A. Orders will ship within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a tracking number to keep tabs on your items. Depending on which shipping option you choose, shipping can take from 3 to 5 days.
Q. What if I get a reaction to the product.
A. Immediately stop using the item. We use all-natural ingredients, but that doesn't mean you will not have an allergic reaction. We include the ingredients for all products so you can verify what is included. We purchase fragrance oils, so those ingredients are sometimes unknown as fragrance blends are a propriety secret of the company we purchase from. If you are unsure about a certain fragrance, we suggest you choose a different product and not take a chance on a reaction.
We do our best to keep all ingredients separate so no cross-contamination happens but can't 100% guarantee. If you have an allergy to an ingredient, please contact us first to see if we can work with you to make sure you do not get a product you have an allergy to.
Q. Can I do any returns?
A. Unfortunately because of COVID and because these items are for bath and body care we do not accept any returns. We take the health of our customers seriously. If you have an issue with a product, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. If you receive damaged product, please take a picture of the damaged box before you open it and then take a picture of the damaged goods. We will replace the items and contact the carrier for insurance purposes.
